Frequently Asked Questions
How can I use my membership credits?
Credits can be redeemed toward eligible Pause services.
Credits cannot be used for Niagen NR, NAD+,and medical add-on services. However, members may use their tier’s a la carte discount toward these services.
Eligible services may vary by location. Please check with your studio for details.
Can I use my a la carte discount any time?
Your à la carte discount can be applied to Niagen NR, NAD+, and medical add-on services at any time.
For all other services, the discount becomes available after all monthly credits have been used.
If you do not have enough credits to cover the full cost of a service, your remaining credits will be applied first, and the à la carte discount will apply to the remaining balance.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits will automatically roll over in your next billing cycle and remain valid for 30 days.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Members can freeze up to 3 times annually as long as they are in good standing. The freeze period can be consecutive or non-consecutive months. While the membership is frozen: Billing is paused

- Existing credits may still be redeemed
A membership freeze can be lifted at any time by request from the member. Once a membership freeze is lifted, billing on the membership will resume on the same billing date originally set at the time of issuance.
