What to Expect

Your Contrast Therapy Experience

Your session takes place in a private suite equipped with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge, and an en-suite shower, allowing you to cycle between hot and cold elements in a calming, individual sanctuary.

The general recommendation is to alternate between 9 minutes in the sauna, 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and a 1 minute rest. Repeat for the duration of your 30 or 60 minute session.

Should I start my session with the sauna or cold plunge?

We recommend starting with the sauna. Heat raises your core temperature, increases blood flow, and dilates blood vessels. Moving into the cold plunge then rapidly constricts those vessels, creating a strong contrast that supports circulation, speeds recovery, and activates the body’s natural healing response.

Can I bring a plus one to my session?

Yes! All of our suites are private, but that doesn't mean you have to go alone. You’re welcome to bring a plus one (or even two) to share the experience with you.

Is Contrast Therapy uncomfortable?

While you may feel the intensity of alternating temperatures, most clients find the therapy refreshing and invigorating. The body quickly adapts to the temperature changes, and any discomfort typically fades as your session progresses.
