What to Expect
Your session takes place in a private suite equipped with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge, and an en-suite shower, allowing you to cycle between hot and cold elements in a calming, individual sanctuary.

The general recommendation is to alternate between 9 minutes in the sauna, 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and a 1 minute rest. Repeat for the duration of your 30 or 60 minute session.

Each private sauna suite has Bluetooth speakers for your music, podcasts, or more. Enjoy in solitude or with a friend, go at your own pace, or follow Alo Moves’ Contrast Therapy series for guided programming.

Most guests enjoy 2 to 3 sessions per week, with some visiting daily depending on their goals and recovery needs.

Yes! All of our suites are private, but that doesn't mean you have to go alone. You’re welcome to bring a plus one (or even two) to share the experience with you.
