What to expect
Your session takes place in a communal suite with up to 8 guests. Proper sauna attire—such as a swimsuit or athletic wear—is required at all times. Nudity is not permitted, and wrapping in a towel alone is not allowed. Help us maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all.

You may arrive at any time during your reserved hour. To enjoy the full 60-minute experience, we recommend arriving at the start of your session. Late arrivals are welcome, but total time in the suite will be reduced accordingly.

Towels are provided. Please come with appropriate attire (swimsuit or athletic attire) to wear during the entire session. To preserve the shared atmosphere, music is curated by our studio team, and phones or photography are not allowed in the suite.

Many guests enjoy Sauna Social 3–4 times per week, while others incorporate it into their daily routine. Frequency depends on your personal goals, preferences, and recovery needs.

Our Sauna Social experience allows for up to 60 minutes of uninterrupted infrared sauna usage. To enjoy the full hour experience, plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your session time to ensure a timely start and maximize the time in the Sauna Social.
If you don’t need the full 60 minutes in the sauna, feel free to arrive at any time during the duration of your session window. We recommend a minimum of at least 15 minutes in the sauna to experience noticeable benefits.
For the Sauna Social experience, appropriate attire is required at all times. No nudity is allowed and wearing only a towel is not tolerated. Guests are required to wear a swimsuit or light, comfortable athletic attire for the entire duration of the Sauna Social experience. You may also want to bring a change of clothes so that you can feel fresh and clean after your sweat session.
Absolutely - if you're open to it! The Sauna Social suite includes both a full-spectrum infrared sauna and a cold plunge set to around 47°F. While you'll experience plenty of benefits from the sauna alone, adding cold exposure can further boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery. Access to both is included in your session, making it the perfect opportunity to try something new and see what feels best for you.
