Pause Studio was founded by visionary leaders Jeff Ono and John Klein, who bring over 30 years of combined experience in the wellness industry.
John Klein, Co-Founder & CEO
John led the national expansion for Equinox and SoulCycle from 2002 to 2018 as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Growth at Equinox.
Jeff Ono, Co-Founder & President
Jeff has over 15 years in health, wellness, and hospitality, having served as Marketing Director for iconic brands like Equinox and The Sports Club/LA.
Jesse McBain, SVP Franchise Operations & Development
Jesse brings 20+ years of franchise leadership, having held executive roles at Ellie Mental Health, The Joint Chiropractic, and Papa John’s Pizza.
