Our Cryotherapy chambers reach temperatures from -130°F to -166°F, depending on the level selected. This extreme cold cools the skin by 30–40°F and triggers the body’s cold shock response to reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery, boost circulation and energy, and support metabolism.

Can I stay in the Cryotherapy chamber longer than 3.5 minutes?

No, sessions should not exceed 3.5 minutes. The chamber is designed to deliver maximum benefits in this short window and staying longer doesn’t increase results, but can actually increase risk of irritation or over-stressing the body.

Is Cryotherapy painful?
