What to expect
During your Pause Cryotherapy session you will step into our state-of-the-art cryo chamber, where you’ll be exposed to sub-zero temperatures for 2 to 3.5 minutes.

Sessions start at 2 minutes for beginners and go up to 3.5 minutes for the most advanced level. You can step out of the chamber at any time.

Enjoy a safe, comfortable session supervised by a team member. We'll provide protective gear, plush robes, and headphones to play your favorite song.

2–3 sessions per week is the general recommendation, but experienced users may go daily. Routine use over several months is best for lasting results.
