Jeff Ono and John Klein are the visionary leaders who founded Pause and have over 30 years of experience in the wellness sector.

JEFF ONO, President, is a marketing, management, and a strategic leader with over 15 years in the health, wellness and hospitality sector as Marketing Director for two iconic brands in fitness, Equinox and The Sports Club/LA.

JOHN KLEIN, CEO, led the national expansion for both Equinox and Soulcycle from 2002 to 2018 as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Growth for Equinox.

The team also includes senior professionals in the franchising industry who have 35 years of combined franchise and multi-unit brand experience. The Pause leadership team is one whom franchise owners and investors can build confidence and trust.
