In your 60-minute float session, let go of the outside world and fully immerse yourself in the soothing experience ahead.

Here’s how to prepare:

1. Remove all jewelry and undress to your comfort level. Nudity is encouraged and completely safe, as our pods are maintained under the highest sanitary standards.

2. Insert earplugs and apply petroleum jelly to cover any cuts.

3. Shower off using water only. Avoid using any bath products, and ensure your hair is thoroughly wet before entering the pod.

4. Enter the pod, bringing a washcloth with you. You can tuck it into the handlebar in case you need to wipe your face during the session. It’s important to avoid getting salt water in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

5. Listen for the start of the session. You’ll hear a voice prompt indicating the start of your session, followed by music.

6. Adjust the lid to your preferred height, and control the audio and light settings to your liking. For a fully immersive experience, we encourage turning off the lights and music to enjoy complete sensory deprivation.

7. Relax and drift away for the hour session. Focus on tilting your head all the way back to decompess the neck and spine nad move your arms as you find comfortable.

8. Slowly reawaken at the end of your session. The lights will gently turn on, and a voice will let you know that your time has come to an end.

9. Take a thorough shower to wash off the saltwater after exiting the pod. When dried, salt can leave a white, crystallized finish on skin and clothing.
